w/c 21 Jul - w/c 25 Aug £1950/€2145 per week.
w/c 30 Jun - w/c 14 Jul; w/c 1 Sep - w/c 22 Sep £950/€1045 per week for up to 4 people, plus £75/€83 per week for each additional person.
Bookings are taken for periods of not less than one week (two weeks in high season) and start and finish on Saturday. Guests are asked to vacate the house by 10am on their final day, and not to arrive before 5pm on their first day, to allow the house to be fully cleaned and checked.
Maximum number of occupants must not exceed 12 and no camping by additional guests in the grounds is permitted. We regret that we cannot allow pets.
| | The weekly rental includes gas and electricity, swimming pool cleaning and maintenance, cleaning before and after your stay. Linen is provided, however we ask guests to bring their own towels for swimming. Guests staying longer than two weeks will be provided with clean linen, and the house cleaned, during their stay.
A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable on booking; this is non-refundable. The balance of the rental is payable eight weeks before the start of the tenancy. A security deposit of £200/€220 per rental of up to two weeks, plus a further £100/€110 for each additional week, is also payable with the final rental payment. This is refunded, less the cost of any damages and phone calls, when we receive the relevant phone bill from France Telecom (who issue them every two months).
