| The property is on the Dordogne/Lot-et-Garonne border, 2˝km east of the small town of Lauzun and about 80km east of Bordeaux. Bergerac is 25km to the north, Marmande 30km to the south-west.
Ryanair and Flybe have direct flights to Bergerac. Bordeaux airport can be reached in about 1˝ hrs. There are fast trains to Bordeaux and Libourne (including the TGV) and to Marmande. The A62 Bordeaux-Toulouse autoroute passes Marmande; the A89 autoroute is 20km north of Bergerac and connects with the A20 Paris-Toulouse autoroute at Brive.
